Rental ManagementGOLDEN COAST Condo Hotel provides owners
with an attractive opportunity to have their
property managed by a world-renowned hotel
management firm.
TRUST Hospitality, a US-based full-service hotel
management company, works with the Developer
to assure owners with high occupancy and rates
while maintaining high standards to maximize
investment returns and property value.
TRUST Hospitality exists to assist hotel owners
with maximizing their investment value. For over
25 years, Trust Hospitality has been operating
boutique and branded hotels within the Americas
and Caribbean.
To participate in a rental program, the owner
is required to enter a Rental Management
Agreement. The rental management company will
be granted the exclusive right to rent and manage
the unit during the term of the agreement.
This agreement is offered to owners intending
to make their residence available for short and
extended stay rental when not in use by the
owner or by the owner’s guests.
Income generated by your property will be
disbursed quarterly after the deduction of
the rental management costs. The rental
management fee is 15% of the adjusted gross
income. Unit owners will be advised to consult on
the legal and tax consequences of participation
in the rental program.
Condominium
The condominium represents a form of
property ownership. The owner individually
owns the unit only and possesses ownership
of common elements in common with all
other owners. Homeowner Association is a
non-profit membership corporation set up to
administer the affairs pertaining to the common
elements. Membership in the Homeowners
Association is mandatory and automatic upon
condo ownership. The tasks of the Association
includes maintenance of the common area
including landscaping, pool, trash removal,
lighting/cooling of the common area, parking
lot maintenance, water, sewer, security, fire
and liability insurance coverage for the building,
establishment and monitoring of a replacement
fund, accounting and other items that pertain to
the property commonly owned. Condominium
Declaration and Bylaws will be provided upon
the signing of the Reservation Agreement. All
the owners will pay a condominium service
charge to cover the expenses related to building,
common areas and facilities maintenance.
