Group Booking Bonus is valid on new bookings made January 1 – December 31, 2018 for travel anytime. Group booking bonus is not valid on FIT or price-matched groups. Group Booking Bonus Form must be completed and returned to the Groups Department prior to, or at the time of, contract signing to be eligible for the bonus. Incentive will be released to Agent once payment is made in full for the booking. $250 good will refundable deposit is based on certain hotels. Total maximum bonus payable is $1,000 per travel advisor or Agency, per group. Agency Management approval and Travel Advisor individual W9 required for individual Travel Advisor rewards. In cases where an individual W9 Form is not provided, the bonus will be awarded to the Travel Agency for distribution. No Journese cancel fees will be charged on group bookings, only supplier fees – terms matched to hotel terms and conditions. Journese future travel credit (“FTC”) is based on the aggregate price of your second Journese group vacation booking (inclusive of all travelers in your booking) exclusive of any adjustments. To receive your Journese FTC, the first group vacation must be booked January 1 – December 31, 2018 for travel anytime. You will receive a voucher reflecting the FTC (the “Voucher”) with your other travel documents for the First Journese Vacation. Failure to complete the first vacation will void that Voucher. When you book a second Journese group, you may apply one FTC off the aggregate price of the second group booking. The amount of the FTC is based on the number of room nights in the second group as follows: $500 FTC for 50 room nights; $1,025 FTC for 100 room nights; $2,100 FTC for 200 room nights. The FTC is non-transferable, has no cash value, has a one-time use, and may not be combinable with certain promotions. Second Journese group vacation is valid for travel anytime.
