There were several visitors as always, but how wonderful it was to join together as the family of God and to worship and praise His Wondrous name. I hope you had a good time with family on Sunday afternoon. I know a lot of families had plans to eat together and to paint and hunt eggs. It is always a lot of fun to gather with those we love and to enjoy our time with family and friends. God has blessed us with so many wonderful relation- ships, opportunities and gifts in this life. We have so much to be thankful for every day, and I just hope we always remember this great truth! Are you showing God how much you appreciate all He has done on a regular basis? You may have noticed that several things are happening around the building lately. For years many have wanted us to do some updating and extra upkeep on our grounds and facilities. So we have started taking care of those areas which have the greatest need first. The Elders will be talking to us all very soon about the many opportunities before us to make our ground and facility an even nicer place. So far we have been able to do some extensive roof repair on the South side of our flat roof. We have also had the parking lot repaired and sealed. This week they are working on the parking lot lighting to give our members a better ability to see at night, as well as for security. There are many other things planned in the near future and as long as we can keep our budget up and are willing to help in other ways there is a lot we can get done together. The fact is, often the first impression people have of our church family is our facility and grounds, so let’s take enough pride in them to take better care of them! With this in mind, there will be a workday this coming Saturday. I hope many of you are able to be a part of this service to God. But if not, why not come another day or another time and take care of some of the things that need attention around our ground and facility. If we all make a little extra effort we will have a lot more to be thankful for and our facility and grounds will be much more presentable. Well, I look forward to seeing you all this coming Sunday. I hope you will prepare for Worship and be ready to give your God the very best. Do you love Him that much? May God bless us all as we do what He commands and as we serve Him in our daily lives. This daywe are inviting our ladies to share this breakfast. Please sign up on the list so brother Bill andbrother Wesley know how much food to prepare.Hope to see many of you! If you need to borrow tables from the build-ing, please take the brown ones across the hallfrom the fellowship room. Everyone is welcometo use these brown ones when needed, leavingthe white ones to use in the fellowship room. “Words Are Windows To The Heart”I have to live with myself and so,

I want to be fit for myself to know.

I want to be able as days go by,

Always to look myself straight in the eye.

I don’t want to stand with the setting sun,

And hate myself for the things I’ve done.

I never can hide myself from me.

I see what others may never see--

I know what others may never know,

I never can fool myself and so,

Whatever happens, I want to be,

Self-respecting and conscience free.
