Playing at the Chagrin Falls Intermediate School Auditorium

November 16 at 7:00 pm

November 17 at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm

The CFMS/CFIS Drama Club will present Disney’s THE LITTLE MERMAID JR. at the

CFIS Auditorium on November 16th and November 17 for 3 performances only. The 60-minute

musical, designed for middle-school aged performers, is based on the 2008 Broadway production

and the 1989 animated feature film. The talented group of 81 Middle School and Intermediate

School students led by Mrs. Pat Haynish and Mrs. Lucy Brown has worked hard to bring this

musical to life.

This classic Disney show contains all of the songs from the Academy Award® winning animated

feature film as well as three new songs from the Broadway show. THE LITTLE MERMAID

JR. takes place in a magical kingdom beneath the sea, where a beautiful young mermaid named

Ariel longs to leave her ocean home to live in the world above. But first, she’ll have to defy King

Triton, her father and king of all the sea, escape the clutches of Ursula, the evil sea witch and

convince Prince Eric that she’s the girl with the perfect voice. Will Prince Eric come to the

rescue or can Sebastian, Scuttle and Flounder save Ariel and her world from Ursula’s

domination? Join us in this amazing world “Under the Sea” to see what happens!
