The Links of GlenEagles is extending an invitation for you to join our limited ANNUAL membership group.

The Links of GlenEagles is a high-end, full-service golf facility located in Cochrane, AB.

At The Links of GlenEagles you will find a pristine course – lush green fairways, almost 100 bunkers filled with the whitest of sand and exciting changes in elevation. Designer Les Furber carved this course into the rugged foothills just as they run up to the Rocky Mountains. Portions of the course run along a cliff some 200 feet above the Bow River Valle y. He used the natural features of the site to create an unparalleled golfing adventure. This championship length par-72 has five par-5s and five par-3s. There are five sets of tees here to test your golfing skills.

THE LINKS OF GLENEAGLES ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. I confirm that by signing this membership application, I agree that once accepted by GlenEagles, I assume all risks ofaccident or damage to my person or property, my spouse’s person or property, the person or property of my children andthe person or property of any guests during such time that I am a member of GlenEagles. I waive all rights, claims, damages,actions and suits that I may have and forever discharge, hold harmless and indemnify Play Golf Calgary, its successors andassigns, and its shareholders, members, officials, agents and employees from all such damage, injury, claims or loss of anykind which I, my spouse, my children or my guests may sustain for any reason arising out of our use of the facility orequipment provided by GlenEagles.

2. I agree to adhere to all terms and conditions within the “Membership Package” and regulations of GlenEagles as well asany other directives that GlenEagles may formulate in the future.

MEMBERSHIP CONDUCT REVIEWAt any point during the golf season, if a member does not uphold GlenEagles standards, the member may be subject to expulsion from the club. GlenEagles will adhere to a strict procedure in such matters. The member in question will first receive a FORMAL WRITTEN WARNING from management (to be recorded by management). Should the infractions persist, the member will receive a 2nd formal written warning from management, and in the event that the member still does not adjust their behavior accordingly, GlenEagles will issue a letter terminating their membership. Any member expelled from the club will receive a prorated refund of One Seventh of their dues per month remaining in the golf season April - October. GlenEagles conduct review policy is designed to protect the interests of the majority of the membership from the inappropriate actions of a few.

GlenEagles will utilize this credit card in the event of non-payment of any and all outstandingcharges and payments, (including any and all applicable service charges) at the end of each month.
