We are a proud family owned business, and have been since 2004. We have grown our business by listening to our clients to develop an extensive range of high-quality access equipment, which is suitable for those working at height.
In addition to our standard products, as a manufacturer, we have the flexibility to work closely with clients if they require bespoke equipment, corporate colours & branding, to suit their varying needs - whilst ensuring compliance with relevant Standards.

We ensure our customers needs are met, and we are able to meet their demands at all times. Our manufacturing process is the heart of what we do. We have taken giant leaps over the years, in perfecting this. With continued innovation, we now also operate our own foundry, producing our own aluminium castings. We are pleased to showcase that we produce 100% of our equipment straight from our factory here in London.
We are continuously investing in technology to improve the quality of our products and the performance; due to the safety critical nature of the standards they have to conform to.
Suppliers of raw materials coming onto the production line, receive rigorous auditing to ensure only premium quality materials are being used. The equipment is closely monitored and checked throughout all stages of production. Nothing leaves the premises without passing through the stringent checks in the Quality Control and Inspection Departments. We aim to give our customers full confidence in their choice of products.
We are experienced at working with the British Standards, to ensure products are fully compliant and meet the demands of current legislations. In addition, we hold full insurance and an ISO 9001:2015 certification giving our clients assurance in their choice of supplier.

Product InformationThe LEWIS 250 Industrial Towers are fully interchangeable with the ladder span and AGR systems. With 250mm spacing between the rungs, you have an increased flexibility in platform heights.

Product InformationThe LEWIS (AGR) is a one-piece guardrail which is integral to the build of a mobile tower, making it impossible for the user to build the tower without the guardrail in place. The LEWIS AGR Frame replaces numerous braces used in the traditional build Method, so improves the speed of erection and reduces the number of components required. Our unique patented locking Hook is robust, yet simple for any user.

Lift Shaft Towers
Product InformationThe Lift shaft towers are a versatile & safe solution to any difficult and hard to reach spaces! They are most commonly used in lift shafts, however they are also a common solution for specialist areas such as Vessels & Tanks. The tower has a wide range of heights available reaching up to 24.2m in working height. The Lift Towers are able to be extended at any given time, if you purchased a smaller height to begin with.
You are able to purchase any components additionally to suit your needs including upgrading the stabilisers to telescopic for those awkward spaces. The equipment may be able to be used with existing stock, depending on LEWIS equipment you may have. We are also able to produce the system to bespoke dimensions too – just get in contact with our sales team for your quote.

Miniscaff Towers
Product InformationThe LEWIS Miniscaff was designed for simplicity for one person to erect with ease. The units are extremely popular, particularly with trades that work internally on low levels. We also offer the unit to be supplied with adjustable wheels if needed so the system can be used outdoors.
This is the safest alternative for low level access, instead of using steps or ladders. The Miniscaffs are a small compact foldable unit, for ease of mobility, transport and storage. We also designed the system so that when folded the base can be moved internally through doorways with ease.
We use the word ‘trade’ for this tower, however, it is used with all the same spec material, that we use on all of our LEWIS Scaffold Towers, and conforms to BSEN1004.

Bridge Systems
Product InformationOur Bridge systems have been designed for you to span andaccess larger areas. You are able to span the towers against a building for efficiency and minimise time taken to manoeuvre the towers. Also for access over or on high objects such as vans or trucks.
The bridge systems can be used with the LEWIS Ladder Span Towers, LEWIS 250 Towers & The AGR Towers. You can have amaximum total span of up to 7.5m using two scaffold towers. The systems are used by a wide range of trades including solar panel companies, window glazers, & many more.

Stairwell Towers
Product InformationThe LEWIS Stairwell Tower is a fantastic solution to all those whom have trouble with access on a staircase. These are suited to a wide range of trades including, electricians, painters, decorators and sign fitters.
The Stairwell tower is a much safer alternative to using ladders & steps. The units are very simple for one person to erect.
The towers are interchangeable with the LEWIS Industrial Towers, Miniscaff Towers & 8 Rung Towers.

Stairwell Podiums
Product InformationThe LEWIS Stairwell Podium allows safe access for 1 man on the stair case, at a maximum standing height of 550mm. The unit is a safe and stable solution for work required on stair cases & steps. We provide different options with stabilisers – depending on your requirements. We can provide the podiums with telescopic stabilisers or fixed.
The podium is produced with the same specification of material used in all our industrial products.

Podium Steps
Product InformationOur LEWIS Podiums are very popular, and we distribute them across the UK & Ireland. They are manufactured to a very high standard, and are extremely robust
They are exceptional value for money and are one of the safer alternatives to ladders & steps. They are a one man foldable unit, which is quick and easy to use. We have designed our podiums to suit our different customer needs. The most popular podium is with the Built in Steps, so there are no lose parts – however, with current standards, we also produce podiums with a detachable ladder.
There are many upgrades and additions available for the podiums, depending on the health and safety regulations required by your specific sites. We offer two style gates, a standard gate & a spring loaded self-closing gate.

Equipment Spare Parts
Product InformationEvery single component within the equipment we manufacture, are available to purchase separately. We provide the parts and extensions, should you want to increase or adapt your current system.
We also understand that in most industries parts will need to be repaired or replaced, so we also supply the smallest of components too! This has become a lot easier and beneficial to our customers, since we have opened our foundry and started producing our castings. This means that all items/parts and spares are available at all times, ready for a speedy delivery to you.

Product InformationThe Scaffold Lock is designed to dramatically reduce the occurrence of Scaffold Tower theft and prevent the accidental or unauthorised removal of scaffold components.
With theft of scaffold towers and components rendering towers increasingly difficult to insure, the addition of a few strategically placed Scaffold Locks will enhance the safety and security of your towers.
