    CONCLUSION

    Taking into consideration the above mentioned, we can say that thetraditional division of functions in the courtroom has gradually beenbroken down.Although only barristers have full rights of audiencein all courts, solicitors have full rights of audience ,too, inMagistrates courts , County courts and some Crown courts .
