Writing Prompt

• Let’s say you own an apartment complex. You invite people to rent out rooms in your apartment complex, but you obviously have rules you expect them to follow. Things are going well at first as people start moving in. However, these people moving in are really starting to cause problems for you, not following the rules, and costing you money. How would you try and fix this situation with your renters? Remember: You own the place, and you want to keep making money. What’s the best way to make sure of that?
