SafetyRemoving bathroom construction from the site reduces workers compensation rates, decreases the risk of OHSA violations and has potential to reduce general liability insurance.Factories are not affected by dangers of poor weather conditions. Safety measures are easy to monitor and can be strictly imposed in a manufacturing facility. The bathrooms are constructed at ground level, reducing risks from working at heights. When all combined, factories are a safer place to build bathrooms.

SurePods are modeled in Revit by our engineers which facilitates the use of BIM or building information modeling.

1 Bathroom pods are primarily shipped to project sites over the road in closed container trucks. We can also ship via flatbed and ocean container.

The SurePods factory is driven by automation. Materials are cut using CNC machines which drive dimensional accuracy.2 The Oldcastle team of

experienced installers will load 25-30 pods on average per day from a designated staging area JIT delivery to site.

The customer and an Oldcastle representative do a walk-through inspection of all bathroom units once on site. When hand-off is complete, the warranty period begins.
