• To continually focus on areas of growth
• To provide specific supports to students and groups of students
• In response to data in the Annual Measurable Objectives (AMO) report
• Requirement of Virginia Department of Education and Loudoun County Public Schools

• Gather data to identify strengths and areas for growth
FINAL THOUGHTS
• Students are the focus
• All staff play an important role in the school improvement process
• LCHS is an outstanding school community but there is always room for improvement
• Our SIP is a living document that supports the LCHS vision:
1) Best first instruction
2) Reflective, growth mindset
3) It takes a village
