remove unsightly debris from your patios. Please also maintain
anyvegetation in pots or planters.

community with a lot of vegetation and trees which can leave
dirt anddebris on the windows. Please be sure to regularly clean

ASSOCIATION MERGER PROJECTThe Board of Directors are in the
process ofreviewing the draft documents for theGoverning Document
Merger project. TheBoard is working diligently to have theCC&Rs
ready for membership vote by this
summer. The Board strongly encouragesmember participation and
vote, as this mergerwill benefit the community as a whole. TheBoard
is planning a Town Hall Meeting inOctober 2016 to present the
revised CC&Rs tothe Community and answer any questions
orconcerns that homeowners might have. Thedate and time of the
meeting in October hasyet to be determined. Management will
notifyyou as this approaches.
COMMUNITY EVENTFood Truck Night!July 7th from 5:30 PM to 8:30
PMCome and support local Food Trucks!There will be 2 trucks to
chose from. One will be burgers and fries and the other is a
Hispanic FoodTruck. More details on the first menu will be
forthcoming prior to the first event. We look forwardto seeing you
there!
The Board would like to offer additional food truckevents and
additional cuisines in future months if thisfirst date is well
attended. If you would like torecommend a specific food truck for
the future, pleasecontact Management.
**NOTE - The food trucks will be parkedoutside the property and
will not interfere withtraffic and parking.
