10- Divine Commandments are always given to the entire Universe for Enlightenment and Evolvement.11 - During the transition beyond Evolvement, other Gates are opened for the Residents of the Galaxy.

Our Friend who hasreceived the Message will first write the names of her Friends in a notebook, then phone them, one byone.
