4. High Beam Assist (HBA) works with a camera in the windshield which detects the cars ahead and automatically switches to high or low beam to match the right driving conditions.

5. Smart Cruise Control (SCC) with Stop and Go uses a radar to detect the speed and the distance to the vehicle ahead. It auto- matically maintains a safe distance to the preceding vehicle, up to a speed pre-set by the driver. In stop and go traffic, the

system brings the car to a halt when appropriate and then accelerates back to the original set speed.6. Intelligent Speed Limit Warning (ISLW) gives you all the neces- sary information to help you stay within the limits. Using the

camera on the windshield, it reads speed limits and overtaking restrictions, and displays the information clearly on the naviga-tion screen and cluster.

If there’s no driver reaction, the car brakes automatically to avoid or mitigate an accident.

2. Blind-Spot Collision Warning (BCW) The Blind-Spot Collision Warning has radar sen-

sors that monitors your blind spots and warns you of oncoming cars with a flashing light on the side-view mirror.

way, the radar-based Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Warning alerts you to potential traffic crossing your path.

The system pairs a 2.0 CRDi diesel engine with a 48-volt lithium-ion battery to significantly re-duce fuel consumption. Operating seamlessly, the e-machine recovers kinetic energy during deceler-ation phases and provides torque assistance when accelerating.

Start: The engine is started by the e-machine to ensure a prompt and smooth start.

Torque assist: During acceleration or uphill driving, the e-machine provides torque assistance by taking energy from the battery to support the engine.

Cruising: When driving at constant speed, the combustion engine partially recharges the battery on-the-go if the charge level is low.

Energy recuperation: When decelerating or braking, the energy generated by the vehicle motion is converted into electrical energy to recharge the battery.

Moving Stop & Start: When decelerating to a stop, the combustion engine turns off automatically during in-gear deceleration and braking to save fuel.
