When you think about the long, lazy summers of your childhood, chances are that you may remember the perfect garden at your grandparent’s place. It is just not a garden, a lawn or a terrace, the fact remains that green is gradually disappearing from our lives, more so because it is difficult to imagine a garden in the urban landscape.

When my clients first meet me, they often express their concern that they have a small apartment and how can we add a garden to it. I tell them they have the liberty to have their own green paradise literally anywhere. At The Finishing Touch, it is our aim to break the stereotypical myth that an urban set up cannot have a garden.

Often when we think of gardens or landscape, the first picture that springs

into our mind is of plants, trees, shrubs and flowers. However,

VERTICAL GREEN WALL SYSTEM❖ Plants are selected separately to fulfil the requirements of vertical wall.❖ 40 varieties of indoor and outdoor plants are listed which are suitable.❖ Vertical wall system consists of a frame and 3 pots which are mounted on the wall or a free

standing galvanized structure.❖ This wall can be installed indoors or outdoors and semi-shaded areas with a blend of different

varieties of plants suitable according to the site layout and requirements.❖ Installation also involves Drip irrigation, Automated timers(optional), and Drainage panels.❖ Web also have provision for Vertical Standees for areas where the wall support is not available.

GREEN WALL TECHNICAL DETAILS❖ We have developed a modular design for green wall which consist of Non woven Geotextile.❖ It is excellent for the growth of the plants as this system allows the roots to freely grow.❖ HDPE sheets are used for the support and water proofing of the system❖ This system is easy to install and maintain due to its simple and innovative design.❖ Felt system is widely accepted and used all over the globe and is extremely suitable for Indian

climate and Vertical Systems.

BIO WALL SYSTEM❖ We use Bio wall system, a modular system which is rigid, light weight, three dimensional

panel made from Virgin material plastic which supports the plants with both a face grid and a panel depth.

❖ This system is designed to hold a green façade off the wall surface so that the plant materials do not attach to the building for support.

❖ It provides a captive growing environment for the plants and helps to maintain the integrity of the building membrane.

❖ We have an extremely customised growing media consisting of 12 different elements which contribute to the excellent growth of the plants.

BIO WALL SYSTEM INCLUDES❖ Fully developed ornamental plants.❖ Fabricated structure M.S/G.I and fittings.❖ Charcoal black modular HDPE frame structure.❖ Drip irrigation system.❖ Drain system.
