Leading into Nathan Bouknight’s upcoming Blackbelt Test in January 2013, Sensei will once again begin offering Fitness (Mental, Physical and

Emotional) Training on Saturday mornings to those who are up to the challenge and also to those who want to support Nathan Bouknight on his

quest to become the 6th

Blackbelt at The Karate Dojo! There is a charge of $15 for this special three hour session and is open to all current adult

Karate students.

November’s session will be from 8:00 - 11:00am on Saturday – November 17 behind Irmo and Crossroads Middle School on St. Andrews Road.

Bring an old pair of sneakers, Gi pants, Dojo T-Shirt (or hooded sweatshirt) and your HEART!!!
