Personally, resistant role models offer as my enthusiasm to BOUNCE. I have been blessed types andby wonderful teachers of resilience throughout my life. During the hardest situations, examples ofresilience inspired me to bounce-back. My grandest instance of REBOUND was and it is mymom. The Fantastic Canyonin one day a year after being diagnosed with final breast cancer,Mama hiked! Back and along, 14 miles round-trip. She'd a radical mastectomy accompanied bymonths of radiation treatments the prior year. Mama was spiritually and emotionally powerful whileactually compromised. APPRECIATE every moment of the action in addition to she was establishedto properly complete the trip. Your adventure into and out from the Grand Canyon was probably themost remarkable day of my life. The memory of Mama MOVING out of the Grand Canyon is reallyinspirational!

Forty-two years back, I realized just how to BOUNCE back from difficulty by hiking the Bright Angelwalk with Mommy. The lessons learned that morning proceed to inspire and also to maintain methrough tests and difficulties. Mom exuded self confidence. She assumed within the goodness ofothers. She and life shared. And she thought the holy in the ordinary times. Mother eventually diedof cancer, but she was not a victim of life. She stayed desire- WHOLE and joy -FULL to the summaryof her. Mom chose to BOUNCE in the place of being deflated by hardship. Her choice served tomotivate everybody who recognized and loved her.

I am hoping that by expressing a little of my moms story today that you will be impressed as well.We do have the independence to select a response to life, although manage precisely what occurs inlife is canted by us. My fervent wish is the fact that we all elect to BOUNCE life-giving, infantastic ways.

I look forward to the continued discussion. I'd want to hear from you, if you've issues or certainquestions associated with your caregiving experience. Until the next posting, I yours benefits andwant you BOUNCE!
