Day 1Overnight flight to ChileBoard your overnight flight to Santiago.

Day 2SantiagoArrive into Santiago, the capital city of Chile and home to a third of Chile’s 16 million people. Santiago rests at the confluence of the Mapocho and Maipu rivers, surrounded on all sides by Andean peaks.

In the afternoon, enjoy a tour to Santa Rita Winery. See the wine cellars, the beautiful vineyards, and learn about the wine-making process. You will get the chance to taste, design, blend, bottle, cork, and label your own wine during your visit. Wrap it up with a wine tasting and bring home the bottle that you created.

Day 3SantiagoEmbark for a full day city tour to see the highlights of this great city. See the horse-racing track in the oldest residential part of the city, the famous Alameda, Santiago’s colorful main avenue, San Francisco Church, and Santa Lucia Hill.

After lunch in the Central Market learn about typical food in Chile, including steaming pots of cazuela and humitas, similar to tamales!

Top off your sightseeing with a visit to Cerro San Cristobal for a stunning view of Santiago and the Andes.

Day 4Punta Arenas & Puerto NatalesTake a morning flight to Punta Arenas, gateway to Torres del Paine National Park in Chilean Patagonia.

Visit Fort Bulnes located by the Strait of Magellan. Enjoy a folkloric show and get familiar with local culture over lunch.

Continue to Puerto Natales.

Day 5Torres del PaineLeave in the morning for a full day excursion to the Torres del Paine National Park, named a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Cascading waterfalls, roaring creeks, shimmering lakes and sculpture-like mountains are part of what you will experience today.

Day 6Balmaceda and Serrano GlaciersToday, another stunning full day excursion is waiting for you. Head to Bories dock to board the boat that will navigate the Ultima Esperanza Fjord to the Serrano and Balmaceda Glaciers, only accessible by boat, located in Chile’s biggest National Park. Spend the day hiking through the forest at the foot of the Glacier and taking in the stunning surroundings.

Day 7El CalafateThis morning depart from Puerto Natales and drive across the pampas to El Calafate in Argentina.

El Calafate is located on the shore of Lake Argentino and is the base for explorations of the Patagonian Continental Ice Cap and Los Glaciares National Park. The ice cap runs 560 miles from North to South and is the origin of 47 major glaciers, including the famous Perito Moreno Glacier.

Enjoy a free afternoon in this charming village.

Day 8Perito Moreno GlacierOne of the highlights of every trip to Argentina is the visit of the Perito Moreno Glacier, still permanently advancing (one of the few in the world) along its 3-mile front. Stroll along the boardwalk in front of the glacier and observe columns of ice over 20 stories high peeling off the face and crash into Lago Argentino, creating massive icebergs.

This evening enjoy a typical Patagonian meal of Braised Lamb.

Day 9Estancia CristinaToday, you start with a cruise on Lago Argentino, the biggest lake in Argentina, passing by icebergs and with spectacular views on several glaciers of the Glacier’s National Park.

Disembark at the historic ranch Estancia Cristina, located on the shores of the lake. Whether you prefer a quiet day of touring and history or more adventurous activities, like trekking, horseback riding, or exploring by 4-wheel drive vehicle—the choice is yours during your ranch visit,

Day 10UshuaiaAfter breakfast head to the airport to fly to Ushuaia, the southernmost town on earth. Once arrived and settled into your hotel, you will head to the port and make a cruise on the Beagle channel.

Navigate between Chilean and Argentinean islands, viewing sea lions, penguins and the Andean mountains, guided by the lighthouse at the end of the world.

Day 11Ushuaia Today you will be taken on a wild four-wheel drive adventure, ending with an unforgettable “asado” at a refuge in the native fuegian forest, an adventure for any kind of traveler, crossing rivers, defying muddy tracks and by the shore of the Fagano lake with amazing views.

At night you will have a dinner on the waterfront overlooking the Beagle channel with an unforgettable sunset atmosphere.

Day 12Buenos AiresFly north from Ushuaia to Buenos Aires, the vibrant capital of Argentina.

This evening you will have the chance to do a wine tasting at the first Sommerliers’ school of Latin America where you will get to know some fantastic wines. Enjoy fine finger food expertly paired with the perfect wine.

Day 13Buenos AiresExplore the most famous districts of Buenos Aires, discovering the history of “Plaza de Mayo” and San Telmo, the oldest residential neighborhood in Buenos Aires full of cobble-stoned streets and antique shops. Stroll along Puerto Madero’s waterfront and docks before finally arriving at Recoleta cemetery, the final resting place of Eva “Evita” Peron.

Visit of the Boca Juniors Stadium, home to one of the biggest soccer clubs in the world.

Spend some time with Adrian Pallarol s shop, the artisan who made the Pope s Grail and learn the art of Plate Craftsmanship.
