customers. JEC Philippines received commendations

from different Ayala Managed Properties and three (3) of

Appreciation to JECP Operation and Maintenance Team

According to World Health Organizations (WHO), “It is important to clean and disinfect storage tanks

regularly or after any rehabilitation and maintenance work.”

The JECP site personnel assigned in Bonifacio Ridge Condominium wasted no time in following the

standards in the water tank cleaning and have taken it into a higher level of dedication, which was

commended due to their diligence in carrying out the task. The second quarter of the year embarks the

hottest season in the Philippines and the JECP team took no heed to it, putting the health of the residents

in their top priority by maintaining a healthy water system through tank cleaning, which is often

overlooked in maintenance procedures.

“This is not an easy job and the cleaning and flushing is important for the health of our residents and for

keeping the water supply to all units free of sediment. There has been no evidence of water sediment

following the cleaning exercise. “, one of the Board of Directors of the property, Mr. Barry Popple, said.

Stressing that the job delivered was exceptional due to the given circumstances ─ sunny season which

also fell on a holiday in the country. The client expressed their appreciation of the action delivered

because it exceeded the expectation of the customer, showing that excellence is what JECP brings at all

times.

It’s More Fun to run for a Cause

29 March 2015, the JECP Running Team, with their sports shoes

on, ran for the cause of supporting the Chosen Children Village

Foundation Inc., which has been one of the major beneficiaries of

JECP Corporate Social Responsibility programs. The team

worked hand in hand with the organizers: Pinoy Fitness and

Pepsquad in raising the awareness and funds for the residents of

the organization. This event raised for a total of P50,000 of funds

and above all beset an understanding to the participants about

the condition of the children who needs special needs. JECP Running Team with the Executive Director of the Chosen

seeking to elevate the confidence of the JECP

members from Operations, Design and Estimation

and Business Development team. This variety of

exercises tackled topics varying from technicalities,

solving conflicts to addressing issues to proper

channels.

JECP supported the 4th General Membership Meeting

of the Philippine Society of Ventilating, Air

Conditioning and Refrigerating Engineers (PSVARE),

through an event sponsorship, last April 8, 2015 at

the Architectural Center Club Inc. (ACCI) in Makati

City.

Ng Touh How, Technical Director of the Citec

International, presented the IG Range Series of the

brand which has been widely installed in BPOs,

hospitals and computer rooms in the Philippines and as well fit applications such as clean rooms and

laboratories. Mr. Mitchell Saldaña, JEC Business Development Head, also presented the profile, products

It has been JECP’s humanitarian advocacy to be

involved in activities and efforts that extend service to

the marginalized sector of the community, fostering

service to the people who are in need of aid and care.

For the past years, JEC management and employees

engaged in Corporate Social Resposibility

commitment which fosters the JEC Value –

Responsible. And for the first quarter of 2015, JEC

Philippines has been actively participating in the

Lighthouse Club Manila Inc. efforts of raising fund for

the charity group. As of to date, the organization has

30 scholars and JECP’s Managing Director who is

also the Vice-Chairman of the LHC Manila has been

one of the forerunners in raising awareness among

the industry partners who are also supporting the

cause.
