Contribution towards 2015
Agreement: CLIMDEV • The Climate for Development in Africa
Programme – organises and manages Africa’s participation at all
COP events, including dialogue on preparations for
COP 21 (recent meeting January 21-23, 2015)
– Intra-ACP GCCA support to 6 African countries in
the elaboration of their INDCS: Cabo Verde,
Comoros, Liberia, Mali, Mauritius and Senegal.

Next Steps
• Mid-term evaluation (October, 2014): a
general positive conclusion about the services
offered and other aspects of the Programme;
lessons learnt and recommendations for future

– Support dialogue and exchange of
experiences for ACP countries in their
preparations for COP 21
– Support to ACP countries’ and regional
interventions on tackling climate change
