1. RUN AND TOUCH Place flash cards with pictures about the story on the wall. Practise the words. Two children stand up in the middle of the classsroom. The winner is the child who first reaches the correct card. He challenges another mate.

CORRI E TOCCA Attaccare le flash cards con le immagini della storia su muri. Dopo aver imparato le parole, due bambini si sfidano e corrono per toccare l’immagine giusta. Il primo che la raggiunge vince e sfida un altro compagno.

1. SIMON SAYS … Pupils have to mime the correct action when “Simon says…” one of the verb of the story( FLY, DANCE, SING…). The child who fails the action is eliminated.

SIMON DICE … I bambini devono mimare l’azione corretta quando “Simon dice…” ( FLY, DANCE, SING…). Il bambino che sbaglia viene eliminato.

1. MEMORY GAMEEach pupil can turn two card(picture or word about the story) to find the pair. Each time a card is turned the pupil says the name.

GIOCO DEL MEMORY Un bambino può girare a turno due carte(immagine o parola della storia) per trovare la coppia. Ogni volta ne deve pronunciare il nome.

STORYTELLING

• STORY STRIP- POSTERThe teacher tells the simple story “the intelligent fox” showing the large pictures and mime some situation

STORIA ILLUSTRATAL’insegnante racconta la semplice storia “ La volpe intelligente” mostrando le grandi figure del poster e mimando alcune situazioni

• REBUILDING GAMEPupils try to recall the parts of the story and set them in the correct order, linking to the pictures.

STORIA ILLUSTRATAI bambini cercano di ricordare le parti della storia e le sistemano nel giusto ordine, collegandole alle immagini.

• REARRANGE STORY’S SEQUENCESPupils illustrate the sequences in their notebook, cut out the sentences and put them next to the correct drawings.

SISTEMARE LE SEQUENZE DELLA STORIAI bambini illustrano le sequenze nel quaderno, ritagliano le frasi e le incollano vicino ai disegni corrispondenti.

CONSOLIDATION ACTIVITIES

• DRAMAPupils, divided into groups of three, mime the characters of the story( blackbird, fox, storyteller). They memorise their part, practise it and recite in front of their classmates.

DRAMMATIZZAZIONEI bambini, divisi in gruppi di tre, mimano i personaggi della storia(merlo, volpe, narratore). Dopo aver memorizzato la loro parte, si esercitano e recitano davanti agli altri.
