Management and administrative support are usually library-based (*somewhere*)
Support roles involve more than just metadata:
•Enquiries•Technical issues•Advocacy•Reporting on usage
Assuring authors that they are permitted to deposit, won’t be plagiarised and will not ruin
their chances of future publication.
