Writing Guidelines

Include relevant keywords – words and phrases that your customers would use – within your content.

This will help ensure your microsite appears in search results from MHIA.org and search engines such as Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc.

• Put the most important details of company description first, then the remaining information should follow in order of importance, with the least important at the bottom.

• End users may only read a portion of your company description. Get the message across as quickly and concisely as possible.
