Admission Procedure

w Applicants should duly fill the Application formw Curriculum Vitae.w Attested Photocopies of latest Mark-sheets / Certificate w Work Experience certificate w Appointment letter w Address Proof & Photo ID Proof.w Three Latest Passport size Photographs.

w Fees can be paid by Online transfer / Credit Card / Debit Card / Cash Card / Cheque / DD should be payable in favour of “IIBMS” payable at Mumbai.

w Incase a cheque gets bounced then the student is liable to pay Rs. 800/- towards cheque bounced charges for continuing the course.

w Fees are subject to revision at anytime on discretion of IIBMS.w Course & specialization once selected will not be changed under any circumstances. You can change the course only on

the duty of admission till the working hours. Course is valid upto maximum duration.w Fees once paid will not be refunded / non-transferable under any circumstance.w Jurisdiction Mumbai Only. Post Admission Procedure :w Students will receive their study materials along with the Fees Receipt & ID card within 25 working days after completion

of admission procedure.w For any queries or doubts while studying, student can mail our professors with their student identification number for

quick response on the mail id which will be allotted after admission

w Flexible examinations are conducted four times in a year i.e. January, April, July & October

w To apply for examinations student should send filled exam demand form which is available on our website or send a request on exam@iibms.net before 60 days from particular session. For example, if a student enroll for January session, then he/she should send exam demand form, two months before the session i.e. between 1st October to 31st October. Students can opt for three hours classroom examination. The exam will be conducted at IIBMS study Centres. In such a case the students will not be allowed to refer study material in the examination Centre. The student should indicate the preference for this option at the time of admission in application form. Case study based question paper is applicable only for home or email option. Support for understanding this option shall be provided on examquery@iibms.net

w If you fail to send your request on time then you are requested to send your demand form for next session. Kindly make sure that your exam demand form will not be accepted at any circumstances if you failed to submit on time and to be send only on exam@iibms.net Once you decide to make an examination request, shall have to confirm the date for examination at least Sixty days in advance from particular session (Refer the above table), Thus on receiving question papers you shall have to attempt the papers within stipulated time; making late submission shall be liable to submit Rs. 200/- per day delay charge for a maximum period of eight days.

w The examination shall stand cancelled if the answers are not received up to eight extra days time. Subsequently, shall have to apply for re-examination. The re-examination charges shall be Rs. 500/- per paper and the delay charge of Rs. 1600/- shall also be charged, (for example re-examination of three subjects fees to be paid will be : 1600+500x3 = 3100). This is to inform you beforehand so that you avoid late submission of answer sheets.

w Submission of handwritten answer sheets is compulsory along with the question papers at office (MUMBAI).

CERTIFICATION :

w Results shall be declared within 45 Working days from the submission of answer sheets

w Mark sheet & certificate will be issued together within 45 Working days. In case of DMS students, the certification shall be three parts consisting of Mark Sheet, certificate and appreciation letter in recognition of the project work undertaken successfully as part of course requirements.
