Group 1 (E-Terms) EXW (EX-Works). The seller only makes the goods available to the buyer

at the sellers own premises

Group 2 (F- Terms) Free Carrier), FAS Free Alongside

Ship) and FOB (Free on Board). The seller have to deliver the goods to the carrier which is

named by the buyer.

Group 3 (C-Terms) CFR (Cost and Freight), CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight), the seller has to

contract for carriage and bear for costs. He bears risk for loss and damage to the goods only up to the

Group 4 (D-Terms) DAF (Delivered at the Frontier), The seller has to bear all costs and risks for loss and damage to the goods up to arrival on the named frontier. DES ( Delivered Ex-Ship) The seller bears all costs for loss and damage to the goods up to

arrival at port of destination.; DEQ (Delivered Ex-Quay). The seller bears all costs and risks for loss and damage of the goods up to the end of discharge at port

of destination; DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The seller bears all cost

and risk up to arrival of goods at a place named by the buyer.
