Bad Sleeping EnvironmentTelevision is bad because:
-It stimulates your mind-Stops Melatonin Production
Eating is bad because:-hard for body to sleep while digesting-Sugar and Caffeine bad-Turkey has L-Tryptophan an amino acid that makes you drowsy
Good Sleeping Environment
-Turning Down the Temperature-Avoiding Large Dinner-Keeping Noise Down-Keep lights Off-Reserve Bed For Sleeping
