Thecurrent text of the Treaty on European Union is in Cm 3151, which is available from the VoteOffice. An outline for a Draft revision has been issued on 5 December 1996 by the IrishPresidency, under the title "The European Union today and tomorrow : adapting the EuropeanUnion for the benefit of its peoples and preparing it for the future: a general outline for adraft revision of the Treaties" (CONF 2500/96). The Netherlands Presidency has issued anAddendum to this on 20 March 1997 (CONF 2500/96 ADD 1).
