a rus c but modern backdrop that blends seamlessly with the mountain elegance of this historic resort. At
Nantahala Village, you can have it all, from family reunions, special events, corporate retreats, mee ngs, and
more. We look forward to accommoda ng all your group needs. The facili es and grounds include
conference rooms, seasonal village bistro, tennis and basketball courts, a swimming pool, fitness room,
horseback riding, and a wide variety of lodging (lodge rooms, suites, cabins, and co ages). Whether the team
needs to meet, or just wants to explore the outdoors we will help you organize the perfect event. We offer

Frequently Asked Questions Do you allow outside food and beverage? Outside food is allowed both catering and wedding cake. Outside beverage is not allowed, all alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Nantahala Village. Is there a time limit on the venue? It varies by event, but generally we try to block the reception area for the entire day. All events must end no later than midnight. How far in advance do I need to book? We recommend booking at least 6 months prior, but if space is available we will definitely work with you on shorter notice. The earlier you book the more likely you will get your desired date and space. Do I have to use your vendors or can I bring my own? We have a recommended vendor list for your convenience, but you are more than welcome to use your own vendors. What is your cancellation policy? Written notice is required to cancel your event. Cancellation fees will be based on estimated total Food & Beverage, Venue Rental and Lodge Room revenue committed to in your contract. Cancellation of your event will forgo the Venue deposit and if cancellation is less than 60 days before the event lodging bookings can be refunded up to 50%. If cancellation is less than 30 days before the event lodging bookings are non-refundable and you may also be subject to food and beverage costs. Do you allow pets at the resort? Yes, for a non-refundable fee of $15 per day, plus a $50 cleaning fee. No pets are allowed in the Lodge, only in our cabins.
