Ceramic Floor Tiling or Polyurethane Resin?Each system has its own advantages and by using only qualityproducts that are correctly installed, both offer an excellentservice life in the right environment.
Kemtile can offer fully vitrified tiled floors installed using theunique KAGETEC vibration system or heavy duty UCRETEpolyurethane resin floors from BASF. In fact, Kemtile are theworld’s longest serving licensed UCRETE applicator.
As one of the few companies that are experts in the installationof both systems, Kemtile are well placed to advise customerson the best system to suit their needs. This can sometimesmean combining the two to meet specific performance andcost requirements.

Specialist Installers of Polyurethane Resin Flooring Kemtile are licensed installers of BASF UCRETE heavy-dutypolyurethane resin floors. BASF is one of the largestconstruction chemical companies in the world and UCRETE was the first polyurethane concrete floor formulated by ICIbefore its acquisition by the German group in 1994.
The UCRETE range is suited for all fast-track new build orrefurbishment projects. It is non-taint, solvent-free, slip-resistant,easy to clean and able to withstand temperatures of up to120ºC.
Polyurethane resin floors such as UCRETE are available in avariety of colours and finishes including smooth, textured andterrazzo versions. Anti-static grades are available for hazardousareas and all the UCRETE range offers excellent chemicalresistance.
Specialist Installers of the KAGETEC CeramicTiling SystemKemtile recommend ARGELITH hexagonal floor tiles because ofthe versatility of their design - especially when installed using theKAGETEC installation system. It is specially designed for use inconjunction with the KAGETEC tiling system.
The advantage of the hexagonal shape are that its six sidesinterlock with the adjoining tile creating a very strong, decorativefloor that can be shaped to provide intricate drainage “falls”.
The KAGETEC BS and GFK installation systems further enhancedurability as the tiles are ultrasonically vibrated into either acementitious or resin adhesive applied to the top of the tile bed- ensuring an even and secure fit. Thermal shock resistance canbe enhanced by incorporating a plastic mesh into the resinadhesive. The tiles are fully grouted with a high quality, lowviscosity, KAGETEC resin to complete the installation of one ofthe best hygienic industrial floors on the market today.

Expert suppliers and installers ofProtectorseal Wall and Ceiling SolutionsProtectorseal is a totally seamless fibreglass reinforced resinwall system that is resistant to dirt and bacterial growth – animportant consideration for food and beverage producerswho must meet the most rigorous hygiene standards.
Protectorseal is suitable for application onto virtually anyprepared flat surface that is clean and grease free - thisseamless system follows the profile of the surface on which is has been applied. Because it is bonded directly to thesubstrate, it excludes air pockets and gaps and cracks in walls that could support bacterial growth.
Protectorseal is used in food sensitive areas where a highquality, hard wearing, pressure-washable finish is required.
