USER FRIENDLY• Easy Operation

The machine has been designed around the user’s needs. Easily preprogrammable, the whole task can be prepared in one short operation. Supervision is reduced to a minimum due to the automatic reporting system and data processing.

• Interactive Control SystemAn interactive control system supports all the testing process. The valve, pump, and measurement operations are synchronized electronically through a central processor and CD ROM data storage retrieval system.

• MaintenanceMaintenance is reduced to a minimum with high performance equipments and components. A UPS power system maintains the on-going operation of the system in case of main power failure. A changeable water filter protects and prolongs the life of the machine.

INTEGRATED INTELLIGENT SYSTEM

• High AutomationAll processes are fully automatic including calculations. The closing and opening of valves, as well as the flow-rate adjustment, are computer controlled.

• High PrecisionWater collected is calculated by measuring the volume of water using high precision electronic weighing scales. With electronic temperature sensor, optimizes precision in the volume measuring.

• Multifunctional DesignThe multifunctional design means that one machine can test many different sizes and different types of water meter, and is easily adaptable to different tasks. Accelerated endurance and wear tests can be performed to calculate the lifetime of the water meter.

RELIABLE CONSTRUCTION

• Sturdy DesignStainless steel 304 pipes, fittings, and valves make up a sturdy and rustproof design frame body with epoxy paint. The durability of this rigid structure prolongs its lifetime.

• Enhanced LoadingA rigid pneumatic clamping system minimises manual labour input and leads to faster loading and unloading of meters, eliminating the screwing in of meters, allowing one operator to supervise the whole task.

• Ergonomic DesignThe machine control features have been designed with the operator in mind – consisting of a high visual impact display, clear and simple control panel and with a touch screen monitor to control the graphic interactive menu.

Computerized Testing Bench System

This system is running by electronic weight balance and magnetic flow meter. The weight balance as a mean measuring the volume of the water that used for the test. The system/testing will automatically shut off when the water reaches the weight (volume) that had been set for.

Testing Process

Testing set up: Prior to testing, user should identify water meter size and specification.
