We have chosen our local suppliers carefully to ensure we bring you the finest ingredients Lincolnshire has to offer. Pippins of Immingham supply our vegetables field fresh and in season. They source the freshest local produce from Lincolnshire farms including potatoes from Kings of Boston, leeks and new potatoes from Haines Farm, Boston, cabbages, broccolis and caulis from Kings Farm at Hubberts Bridge and carrots, parsnips and swedes from Boston Fields. Our meat is supplied by John Pettit of Grimsby, award winning butchers established in 1892. Their Lincolnshire pork sausages, made to an original family recipe dating back to 1810, have a worldwide reputation and have won numerous awards. John Pettit has recently become the UK’s first “Baconologist” a title given to him by the British Pig Executive after winning 12 gold medals in their pork product of the year awards!
