Schedule for The Hop PolesBar AreaThe bar area will be fully refurbished to provide a lively atmosphere for customers to watch sports or enjoy a quality drink from the wide range of beers. Works will include: • Full decorations - Redecorating the entire bar area in a new colour scheme, in line with the pub’s new design.• New Flooring – The existing original wooden flooring will be salvaged, treated, sanded and polished where

possible, with new wooden effect flooring added where necessary. New tile flooring will be added around the bar servery, and a new carpet added in the new raised lounge dining area.

• Bar Servery – The bar counter front will be painted in a new colour scheme, while the counter top will be stripped stained and polished, new floor tiles added around the bar servery.

• Furniture – New fixed seating will be installed with a mixture of leather effect and mixed fabric upholstery, new loose furniture will also be added.

• Installing new lighting and bric-a-brac will complete the new design.Raised Lounge Dining AreaThe new lounge dining area will be the ideal space to enjoy a Sunday roast by the fireplace. Works will include: • A full redecoration in a new colour scheme to create a cosy and snug atmosphere, including feature

wallpaper and new carpet.• Re-upholstering the existing fixed seating in a warm padded leather finish. • Renovating the existing fireplace to become a feature. • Adding a mixture of traditional dining height tables, and lower lounge seating.• Refurbishing the windows, removing the vinyls to improve light and visibility, and adding new curtains. • Using pendant lighting and bric-à-brac wall décor to complete the design. Function Room The function room area will undergo extensive refurbishment to create a stylish function space, ideal for private celebrations or regular live music events. This flexible space will ensure the pub will retain its reputation for live music while expanding to offer a new range of exciting events and services. Works will include: • Full redecoration throughout.• New glazing to increase light - Revealing, refurbishing and glazing the two large windows on either side of

the current stage. This will bring natural light into the space, in line with a rejuvenated and improved design. • Flooring - Removing the carpet to expose the original parquet flooring underneath, which will be treated,

stained to restore its natural glory, and adding areas of new stylish carpeting.• Adding new fixed seating bays, and new loose furniture. • Installing new lighting and light fittings Beer GardenA brand-new courtyard beer garden will be created at the back of the building as well as an outdoor café style beer garden at the front. These new outdoor spaces will amplify the transformation of this pub into a great local pub catering for a wide range of occasions for all local residents. The outside areas will offer customers a vibrant place in which to enjoy drinks during the warmers months. Works will include: • Installing new fencing to the boundary of the new beer garden, with planting and lighting, to create an

intimate outside space.• Building a feature fixed seating bay complete with an accent planter partition in the rear beer garden. • Adding new loose garden furniture and umbrellas.• Stringing festoon lighting above the area to complete the dynamic and vibrant atmosphere. • Adding new café barriers / wind breakers and outdoor furniture to the front corner beer garden. ToiletsAll the toilets will be refurbished to meet the high quality standards of the new design. Works will include: • Fully redecorating the areas in a brand new colour scheme, and with bric-a-brac to match the overall look
