The Help is a book based in the history of the privileges and differences between maids and ladies, in the years 60 in a city located in the United States called “Mississippi”. One white girl shows how she helps a black girl to have a better life, in exchange the black girl have to tell her life being a black person for writing a report.

What have surprised me?What have surprised me?• The first thing is how the maids look after the children of the ladies, and the maids leave their children in the hands of other maids.

• The second thing is that the black personscan´t use the same things that use the white people. •The third thing is that the black people can´t go with the white persons in the same bus, can´t use the same bathrooms, can´t eat together and can´t live together.

• The fourth thing is that one black person insults a white person their husband kill the black perrson.

•The fifth thing is how the maids look after the childrens, like as if they were his children.
