Retreat Leadership: Joanne Cooper, PhD, has been a Courage & Renewal facilitator since 2007, leading retreats for educators, clergy, and non-profit leaders in Hawai’i. She is a professor emeritus from the College of Education at UH Manoa, where she was awarded both a teaching and a graduate mentoring award from the university. She has worked with learners of all ages, including the public schools, community colleges, and the University of Hawai’i, where she taught for twenty-one years. She is a member of Crossroads church and is grateful for their support, as well as for the opportunity to offer retreats in Hawai’i, a deeply sacred place that welcomes reflection and solitude.

Jeff Creswell has been facilitating Circles of Trust® retreats since 2000 for clergy and congregational leaders, educators, and cross-professional groups. He was a classroom teacher in Portland, Oregon for 32 years, and is an educational consultant sharing the Scottish Storyline method with educators. He is a member of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral where he sings in the choir. He and his wife, Caryl enjoy spending time with their blended family of eight children and three grandchildren. Jeff’s first wife grew up on Oahu and he has been coming to both Oahu and the Big Island with his family for over thirty years."

WHEN: Friday, October 14, 2016 at 4pm—Sunday, October 16, 2016 at 1pm.

WHERE: St. Anthony Retreat Center, 3351 Kalihi Street, Honolulu, Hawai’i provides a beautiful and serene setting with lush, outdoor walkways, and a meditation grotto.

PROGRAM FEES: The rates below include tuition, program materials, all meals and lodging. (Limited number of single rooms are available.)

FINANCIAL AID: We are committed to making our programs available to people of all financial means. We offer partial scholarships to Crossroads members and Financial Aid to partially offset the cost of tuition, for all participants. Contact Joanne Cooper if you are interested.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that life challenges emerge and changes happen. If you must cancel, you can receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of $100 when you notify us at least one month before the program begins. Barring exceptional emergencies, no refund can be given for cancellations received less than one month before the first retreat.
