Why Green Berets Are The Smartest, MostLethal Fighters In The World

They call themselves the quietprofessionals, but we know themas Green Berets. Their officialtitle is U.S. Army Special Forces(SF), and they are one of themost elite fighting groups in theworld.

Their mission is unconventionalwarfare — taking small SF teamsto train and lead guerrilla forces.

SF soldiers work together in a 12-man "A-Team," with each manholding a specific job: Theranking officer is the teamleader, the weapons sergeantknows just about every weaponin the world, thecommunications sergeant tees up ordnance or extract, and the medics can take lives as quickly as saving them.

It may seem crazy to send only 12 guys into a hostile country, but it's not crazy when they are Special Forces.

The US Army Special Forces are known for their exceptional skill andprofessionalism in modern war.
