To guarantee delivery of your orders, please ensure it is placed (3) three working days prior to

your event date, no later than 3pm.

Upon receipt of your orders, a confirmation will be send to you via email

MODES OF PAYMENT

Option 1 - Cash upon delivery

Option 2 - Credit card via offline charging

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% surcharge of the total bill will be applied for cancellations made within 48 hours or less.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the delivery date will be charged in full.

DELIVERIES

A minimum order of $100 is required for our delivery services, with applicable transport charges.

Complimentary deliveries will extended for area with postal codes starting with first 2 digits of 04,

15, 17, 18, and within International Business Park & Novena Square.

For all other areas, complimentary deliveries will be extended for orders above $300.00 (in a single

receipt) / trip). A delivery charge of $50/trip will be applicable for orders less than $300.

Deliveries are available daily, from 9am to 9pm

An additional surcharge of $80 will be applicable for deliveries before &/or after the stated timing,

and major public holiday (Christmas Eve , Christmas , New Year Eve & New Year).

OTHER INFORMATION

All items are placed in disposable ready-to-serve buffet trays, platters boxes and/or bento boxes

with disposables included.

Table and warmers are not provided for this catalogue.
