Top it up with some fresh grapefruit zest. Brew jasmine tea and let it soak for 5 minutes. en mix it with sugar. Pour the tea, along with the mixture into a glass filled with crushed ice, and serve. Ingredients 40ml whisky 20ml vermouth 5ml lime juice 5gm Earl Grey leaf 5gm hibiscus petals 2gm rose buds 1 cinnamon stick 2 cloves Method Simmer all the ingredients in 100ml water till the contents are reduced to 75ml. Allow the liquor to infuse and age for 24 hours. Mix 10ml of the concoction with vermouth, whisky and ice. Serve in a chilled crystal glass. Method Take vodka, cranberry juice, triple sec and lime juice in a mini acrylic shaker. Shake well before pouring the mixture into a martini glass with candyfloss on the side. Serve it with a slice of Malta orange zest. Ingredients 60ml vodka 30ml strawberry liqueur 4/5 fresh strawberries 1 tbsp vanilla ice cream Crushed ice Method Take vodka, strawberry liqueur and vanilla ice cream, and blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a crystal glass and garnish with chunks of strawberries.
