Ingredients 55ml rum25ml fresh lime juice22ml jasmine tea syrup5ml Campari15ml egg white
Ingredients 60ml citrus vodka100ml cranberry juice15ml triple sec15ml lime juice25gm candyfloss
MethodShake and double strain all the ingredients without ice. Top it up with some fresh grapefruit zest. Brew jasmine tea and let it soak for 5 minutes. Then mix it with sugar. Pour the tea, along with the mixture into a glass filled with crushed ice, and serve.
Ingredients 40ml whisky20ml vermouth5ml lime juice5gm Earl Grey leaf5gm hibiscus petals2gm rose buds1 cinnamon stick2 cloves
MethodSimmer all the ingredients in 100ml water till the contents are reduced to 75ml. Allow the liquor to infuse and age for 24 hours. Mix 10ml of the concoction with vermouth, whisky and ice. Serve in a chilled crystal glass.
MethodTake vodka, cranberry juice, triple sec and lime juice in a mini acrylic shaker. Shake well before pouring the mixture into a martini glass with candyfloss on the side. Serve it with a slice of Malta orange zest.

MethodTake vodka, strawberry liqueur and vanilla ice cream, and blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a crystal glass and garnish with chunks of strawberries.

MethodMix citrus vodka, orange liqueur, lavender syrup, triple sec and egg white together, and shake it well. Strain in to a rock glass filled with cubed ice. Top it with orange flower water, a dash of orange bitters and a whiff of sweet-smelling lavender spray.
