What Is Jesus’ desire: Acts 10:38 and 1 John 3:8 Breakthrough at Ziklag 1 Sam 30 David anointed by Samuel in 1Sam16, Goliath, Saul turns against David, David on the Run (possibly up to 16 years), David spares Saul’s life (respecting the anointing), David joins the Philistines (joins the enemy), Ziklag, After David was anointed at Hebron he dealt with the civil war in Israel. 1. Staying in faith (David’s life seemed terrible after his initial anointing until Hebron) 2. Gain knowledge of satanic schemes 2 Cor 2:11, Hosea 4:6 3. Get revelation Proverbs 29:18 4. Don’t get discouraged on outward circumstances (David encouraged himself in the Lord) 5. Let God purify you because if the pipeline of blessing is clogged, it is not on God’s end, and you can’t blame satan completely because God is more powerful than satan. 6. Live an offenseless life (cannot be offended with men or God) Walk in Forgiveness, humility, love, faith, and righteousness 7. Like David, pray and get revelation, then move forward and take the land. Marital Healing: Healing marital wounds (even generationally) 1. True faithfulness to vows (even looking with lust, porn) and loving, honoring, and cherishing each other. 2. Any unforgiveness between spouses at all 3. Belittling, dishonoring, disrespecting your spouse especially in front of others 4. Strife, anger, rage, bickering 5. Tearing down spouse in any way 6. Hurting spouse with thoughts, words, or actions 7. Jezebel or Ahab tendencies (role reversals in marriage and with children

The God of Breakthrough Introduction:  Why is the world the way it is?  Is God really in charge? 

1.  The god of this world’s system  Luke 4:6­7, John 12:31 (14:30), 2 Cor 4:4 2.  The earth was given to the sons of men  Gen 1:26­27, Ps 115:16 3.  Jesus has come to give life and it more abundant  John 10:10 4.  What Is Jesus’ desire:  Acts 10:38 and 1 John 3:8
