Kitchen A brand new commercial kitchen will be installed on the first floor, enabling the development of a high quality food offering to transform the pub. The new kitchen will include:• A designated cooking area with a new extraction and

ventilation system. • A new wash up area to streamline working efficiency. • A new food preparation and storage area. • New appliances. • A hoist to connect the first floor kitchen with the

ground floor trade area, allowing for efficient service. Bar Servery • The bar servery will be completely overhauled.• The bar front will be sanded and painted in a new,

contemporary colour scheme.• The bar top will be sanded and sealed.• A new back bar fitting will be installed to allow

display of premium spirits and a coffee station will be installed on the left hand side with a new coffee machine and food service point, clearly signaling the new and improved food offer to new customers.

• New decorative lighting will be installed over the bar counter for additional ambience.

Bar and Dining Area A complete redecoration will be carried out using a new contemporary colour scheme with rustic timber finishes for added warmth and character. Works will include: • A mixture of new flooring finishes will be fitted to

define different zones e.g. new floor tiles in the bar area and area leading to the garden, new carpet in the snug area, and the existing timber flooring will be sanded and stained to create a whitewash timber effect in some areas.

• New fixed upholstered and deep-button leather seating added in the bar, snug and dining areas.

• New timber furniture added throughout using mid-to-dark leathers and patterned fabrics.

• A new feature wall in the dining area consisting of plants will bring the outside inside and provide an interesting focal point to the pub.

• New bric-a-brac and feature lighting will complete the new look, in keeping with the overall design.

• New timber fully glazed bi-fold doors will provide full visibility into the newly transformed pub, showcasing the refurbishment to potential customers and enticing them in. They will also provide a great source of natural light into the pub, and on warm days the doors can be folded open to allow full access from the dining area to the garden area outside.

ToiletsBoth the ladies and gents toilets will be redecorated throughout, in line with the pub’s new look and feel. Works will include: • Redecoration of all paintable surfaces in a bright and

fresh colour scheme.• Recladding and redecorating the vanity units for a

refreshed look. • New bric-a-brac to complete the new look.Licensee AccommodationThis will be in line with our ‘Ready to Trade’ promise so you can focus on creating an exceptional venue from the outset. Cellar General repairs will be carried out and a SmartDispense system installed to reduce waste and improve quality. ExternalOverall the pub will benefit from a complete external overhaul, signaling the pub’s new and improved offer. Works will include:• Complete redecoration in a new colour scheme. • New cladding will be added to the façade to soften

the appearance, painted in cool pastel colours.• New entrance porch with new lighting.• New timber fully glazed bi-fold doors leading from

the dining area to the garden and creating an open and inviting façade.

• New areas of colorfully painted seating. • Removal of the existing railings, floodlights and

posts to soften the overall look. • New timber planter boxes painted in bright, fresh

colours with decorative foliage and box hedging. Signage Overall the pub will benefit from a complete signage refresh with a new lighting scheme, creating a welcoming entrance and appealing to passers-by. Works will include:• New signage to reflect the pub’s name change to

‘The Apple Tree’.• Adding new lantern lighting to illuminate the pub’s

entrance whilst improving its evening kerb appeal. • Painting a welcome message directly to the pub’s

fascia to communicate the warm and friendly vibe.• Applying new window decals and installing new

menu cases to display the new and improved offer.
