How to save the sea turtles By Ellie Russell

All seven species of sea turtles are on the endangered list. If we want to keep turtles around we have to make

major changes. One thing we do that is hurting the turtle population is light pollution. Sea turtles when they hatch find their way to sea by the shine of

moonlight. But with all the artificial lights it can be hard for the young turtles to know what is the moon and what is man made. They often walk into the street and get run over thinking that a street light is the moon. We can save them from this by having less man made lights and use lights other

than blue lights which hurts turtles eyes.

Another thing we can do to save the sea turtles is by not polluting the oceans. Plastic bags and other plastic materials are hurting the ocean. Animals in the sea think that plastic is they prey and

they eat it and could suffocate or get sick. Many stores are banning the use of plastic bags hoping to save the ocean. Please help the turtles!

If you could get any job in the world, what job would you have? Written by Holden Schafer

If you could get any job in the world, what would you be? I would be a scientist because I have always been interested in how volcanoes erupt and how the lava is so hot it can melt even metal. I got a science kit for Christmas and I started experimenting on what ingredients I would have to use to make a volcano explode. So I used baking soda, dish detergent, water, and vinegar. After I used all those the volcano erupted. Now if you do this in your house get ready to clean because it gets messy! Now tell me, what job would you have, if you could have any job in the world? Maybe

you might be a scientist too. Or you could be a cop, or a worker at a store! Keep thinking to make sure you really want that job. Though whatever job you do get, I bet you'll be awesome at it!

Who is Greta Thunberg?By: Ava Lucenti

Greta Thunberg is a swedish activist with a “superpower” of Aspergers that sparked an international movement to fight climate change. She started it all in 2018 when she realized how much the climate was changing. She started to go on trips to talk to people like the president himself, the government, and the youth group organization for global warming. Although she went all around the world, she would only go on boat to reduce her carbon footprint. She also started a “school strike for climate,” meaning that she only went to school some days and others she spent protesting. She told people, “our climate that we are living in will soon be decreasing if we don’t do something now”. “How dare you!”

What is wrestling? By: Jimmy Kaminsky

Wrestling is a sport of wins and losses. Wrestling is a very competitive sport. In wrestling you have to have a strategy. Strategy helps you in wrestling because it helps you get the right moves for the wrestler you are wrestling. The worst position in wrestling is when you are lying down on your back, lying down on your back is bad because you can get pinned. Wrestling is a very popular sport in the U.S.A. Wrestling is a very physical sport. If you play football I recommend doing wrestling.
