The Piano Sessions Few, if any have done as much to celebrate the life and music of Peter Allen as Todd McKenney, who delighted audiences as the original star of the musical The Boy From Oz and who has been shaking Allen’s maracas in various guises ever since. 20 years on, Todd pays homage to Peter Allen in his live event, Todd McKenney Sings Peter Allen: The Piano Sessions, inviting fans to get up close and personal in an intimate, relaxed setting: just Todd himself, Michael Rohanek on grand piano, Ralph Marshall on bass, additional vocals from the amazing Lisa Callingham, and Allen’s fantastic songs. Moscow Ballet 'La Classique' 2017

16 April 2018 7.30pm presents The Nutcracker Following 2017 sell-out performances of Swan Lake, Moscow ballet la classique returns to Australia to present the jewel of classical ballet, Tchaikovsky’s spectacular masterpiece The Nutcracker. La classique was founded in 1990 by its current director Elik Melikov.

La classique with its artistic ballet mastery, lavish costumes and magnificent stage sets will take us on a journey back in time to the frost-covered, gas lit world of Clara, her beloved nutcracker doll and the magician Drosselmeyer. This romantic tale with its blend of magic and realism brings to life the popular Tchaikovsky score featuring the Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairyand the Waltz of the Flowers.

Sixties International Hitmakers 26 April 2018 7.30pm THE CRYSTALS The defining American female vocal group of the sixties is the Crystals. Their Wall of Sound recordings, produced by the legendary Phil Spector, include And then he kissed me, Da do ron ron, He’s a rebel, He’s sure the boy I love, Uptown and many more. Three Crystals’ songs are included in the Rolling Stone magazine list of the 500 greatest songs of all time. The Crystals are headed up by Dee Dee Kenniebrew, who was in the original line up of the Crystals. CHRIS MONTEZ In 1962 Chris’ single ‘Let’s dance’ topped the charts worldwide. When touring the UK in 1963 his opening act was the English group – the Beatles. Herb Alpert suggested he consider a soft ballad sound and this resulted in a string of worldwide hits including The more I see you, There will never be another you, Call me and Time after time. With his Mexican influence his popularity soared as groups such as Los Lobos topped the charts. The movie La Bamba identified Chris and his musical roots, which is part of the Ritchie Valens legacy. Chris has just concluded a two month tour of the UK. THE ALLSTARS The Allstars can trace their pedigree back to the late fifties when rock n roll began. Always Able is a newly created business located in the northern NSW region providing holidays, day trips, transport, travel and event support services to people with disabilities, seniors, families, carers and all members of the community.

Offering a variety of travel destinations in Australia and overseas ranging from day trips, weekends away, transport to appointments (medical, legal, family etc.) through to longer tours of weekly to 10+ days, Always Able can provide you, your client or your family member a memorable and fulfilling service with caring support for either personalized or group travel/event. All staff members are qualified at a minimum Certificate III Disability and/or Aged Care, have current first aid certification and security clearances and have been working in this field on a voluntary or paid basis for five or more years.

As director and founder of Always Able, I have been working in the field of aged, disability and child care for over 10 years. Always Able has been created due to my desire to deliver life enhancing opportunities and experiences to anyone who requires support and also those who would just like to meet new people and see new places. I enjoy my work in this field, I work hard to develop trust with my clients, and I value each person’s diverse abilities and outlooks in life.

All of our support staff are community oriented, value the people we care for, and have the life experiences and outlooks to make any trip enjoyable, memorable and comfortable.

arrange pre-trip meetings allowing you to familiarise yourself, your client or

your family member with travel support staff prior to embarking or arrange

support staff to travel with you to meet the group (at an additional cost)

We don’t merely book your travel; we can help you realize your travel

dreams if you give us an idea of what kind of experience you seek.
