cross Gippsland & Southast Melbourne there areundreds o corporateoman who have pursuedsuccessul career, to the

etriment o their trueurpose sacrificing theirme, or money - andot the money they trulyeserve.

n act I was one o them, orking in a corporate roleith stressul targets, andot creating the financialr ree time I was afer. Myuest or the perect work/e balance and inspiringther woman in business

resulted in me quittingmy day job and launchinga membership site orentrepreneurial women inmy position. I will helpthousands o corporatewomen, around the world, pursue their true passionand inspire leadership obusiness ownership.

I eel there are many amousmale entrepreneurs andhuge thought leaders, bignames such as ony Robbins,Richard Branson, Steve Jobs,Brian racey and countlessothers however the emaleside is severely lacking.

Tere is Oprah Winrey &Ellen DeGeneres.. We NEEDmore emales to step upand motivate other womanto pursue their businessgoals, tackle their ears, andmotivate other woman to dothe same. In today’s societythere is so much pressureon woman to be the perectwie, and mother, ofen to

the detriment o a woman’scareer, however the “oldenday” mantra where the manprovides or the amily isnow evening up with a loto woman bringing in theequivalent i not more than

their male partner’s to thehousehold income. Somewoman really desire hugepersonal success o theirown and I am here to inspireand support them on their

     journey.

Afer working throughthe early struggles oentrepreneurship the latenights, strong coffee’s, lacko sleep, anxiety, stress andmild depression I decidedthere wasn’t a lot o support, direction or a blueprintout there or woman toreally pursue their careerand business goals. So I

decided to create an onlinemembership program andexclusive “community”o like minded powerulwoman. 100% dedicatingmysel to providing wisdom, support and knowledge orwoman with a guarantee towork with them until theyhit a 6 figure income. I havegoals eventually to host large

events throughout the worldinspiring woman to step uplive their true passion, tackletheir ears and create thelie they have always onlyimagined.

It's Autumn, coming up to Winter.

Is this a good time to sell?A lot o people think they

eed to wait until Springo put their homes on the

market. In reality, ANYme o year is a good time

o sell as long as your homes presented and marketedroperly.

With the colder months,ou find that you may notet as many people wantingo inspect the propertyU the people that do aresually serious buyers, so

    actually recommend itather than waiting.

Make ull use o anythingou have in your househat is cozy and welcoming.ight your fireplace, neatly

stack your wood pile, turnon your heating, ensure yourlights are ALL on so that thehome is not dark, and keepyour lawns mowed andgarden weeded.

First impressions are key,so I usually recommendplanting flowering bulbsor bright winter plants inthe ront yard. Large potso flowering plants nearthe ront door are antastic.Don't make the mistakeo having resh flowers, incense, or scented candles/sprays in the house though,as this is also the time whenmany people have allergies.Keep the plants OUSIDE

    and your buyers INSIDE.

I make it a point to have'inormation packs' on thearea are readily available ormy buyers, especially in the

colder months, so that theycan see themselves livingthere. I've also been knownto have hot chocolates andcoffee on hand, especiallywhen the weather isparticularly nasty.

Te National VietnamVeterans Museum, locatedat 25 Veterans Drive,Newhaven, Phillip Island,

is the ONLY Museum inAustralia solely dedicatedto the Vietnam War.Te museum not onlywon the 2015 ravellers’Choice Awards or the toppercentage o attractionsto absolutely ‘must see’ inAustralia but also rates as aworld class collection o warmemorabilia.

Open 7 days a week, exceptGood Friday/ChristmasDay/Boxing Day, rom 10amto 5pm, it is a abulous day

out or the entire amily.Make sure you allow atleast 2 hours to explorethe Museum (i pressedor time) but you’ll wantto browse the gif shop orbooks and memorabilia andalso grab something yummyto eat or drink rom theNui Dat Cae located at theentrance.

    Apart rom beinghighly educational, withphotographs/arteacts/

    real tanks and planes and

weapons on display, theMuseum has a antasticholographic light and soundshow which is engaging or

ALL age groups. I’ve seenit several times now- it’sseriously impressive.

Run and coordinated largelyby volunteers- manyo whom are VietnamVeterans- your donationsand your support (by

visiting) is greatlyappreciated. You can popalong and visit the Museum, purchase items rom theshop or cae, or becomea “Friend o the NVVM”by paying an annual ee

which entitles you to manybenefits (including reeadmission to the Museumor the entire period o yourmembership).

    Te Museum runs several

large events during theyear. Pencil the Queen’sBirthday weekend intoyour diary and come visit

on the 12th o June or an‘Antiques Roadshow’ Styleevent with any valuablesyou’d like valued. Or makesure to visit the Museumon the 5th o Novemberor the 50th Anniversary Commemorations o theBattle o Long an!

I try to get to the Museumas much as I can. Tedisplays are constantly beingupgraded and added to andthere is always somethingnew to see. Chatting to the

Vietnam Veterans is truly emotional and inspiring, and I always leave eelingblessed to have met suchselfless individuals.
