Courage

- Helps us face challenges and struggles

- Helps us not to let life’s obstacles pull us away from God

Knowledge

- Helps us understand the meaning of what God has revealed, particularly in the Good News ofJesus Christ

- Striving to learn more about God through Scriptures and Church tradition

Reverence

- Gives us a deep sense of respect for God and the Church

- Helps us approach God with humility, trust, and love

Wonder

- Makes us aware of God’s greatness and power

- “Fear of the Lord” because God’s power and love can sometimes overwhelm us
