Including Those with Assistantships, Fellowships, Traineeships, Tuition Waivers, and Students on

Visas• Enroll for at least 12 credit-hours on a letter-grade

basis and/or pass-fail thesis/dissertation hours.

• You must register each semester to receive financial support.

• Substitute up to three hours of audit with the approval of the Associate Chair for Graduate Studies.

• Do not enroll for 1XXX or 2XXX level courses on a letter-grade basis.

• Salary is disbursed on a monthly basis on the last work day of each month and on December 22, 2006.*

• The first disbursement is paid on the last work day in August (for about one-half month).

Fellowship Stipends Paid by the Bursar’s Office

• Stipends are posted to your OSCAR account.
