with Russia’s President Vladimir Putin over how to end the 2: fighting in Syria. The two-year

civil war has killed 100,000 people, with both sides in the conflict appealing to 3: different

G8 members to help them. Syria’s President Bashir is being given weapons and aid from

Russia; whilst France, the UK and USA are helping those fighting against the Syrian president.
