Designed by Danish sculp-tor and industrial designerKaj Hansen, GryphonSymphony takes a compre-hensive systems approachto home entertainmentequipment storage and pre-sentation with a flexiblerange of options to suit yourspecific needs.

Beyond the visual appeal ofits strikingly minimalistframe structure, GryphonSymphony has been metic-ulously designed for lowmass, to draw micro-vibra-tions away from sensitiveaudio and video compo-nents, enhancing the per-formance of even the finesthome entertainment sys-tems in the key areas ofimage focus, spatial defini-tion, bass clarity and

dynamics.

Assembled from taperedsupport beams of Nautical-grade stainless steel andshelves of reinforced 10mm smoked glass,Gryphon Symphony isshipped in a wooden crateto ensure the pristine condi-tion of this fine audio furni-ture.

Delivered in flat packs,Gryphon Symphony is easi-ly assembled. The rigidframe structure can be

expanded to approximately2 meters in height, depending on load and distributionof weight.

The Basis equipment sup-port stand is the solid foun-dation for a GryphonSymphony support system

with the potential to expandin all directions, side by sideor stacked. The three-shelfBasis can be supplementedwith one or more Expansionshelves. Spacer supportbeam extensions can be fit-ted to one or more shelvesin the Basis system to cre-ate a larger shelf openingfor taller components. Forvibration-sensitive compo-nents, the Solitaire isolationplatform can be fitted to thetop shelf of the Basis stand.

Expansion

Single Shelf with 190 mmSupport BeamsOne or more Expansionshelves can be added tothe Basis system for cus-tomized flexibility to suityour needs. The Expansionshelf can be bolted onto theBasis system or onto anoth-er Expansion shelf for virtu-ally unlimited growth.Spacer support beamextensions can be fitted to

an Expansion shelf, if alarger opening isrequired. The Solitaireisolation platformcan be fitted toan Expansionshelf.

Solitaire is designed for useas a dedicated isolationplatform for the most vibra-tion-sensitive components(turntables, tube electron-ics, some CD players). TheSolitaire shelf consists of a

layer of solid aluminumsandwiched between twolayers of Methacrylate. Thethree layers are bondedtogether with additional res-onance control provided byinternal damping cells. Theintegrated spikes are cus-tom developed for theGryphon Symphony to cou-ple directly to the uppershelf of the Basis system orto an Expansion shelf, cre-ating a rigid platform foreven the most vibration-sensitive component.Interior shelf dimensions(space between supportbeams) (WxD): 540 x 470mm
