(a) The Company has completed the dispatch of Notice of Postal Ballot along with f>'.ost~I Ballot Form and a self-addressed postage prepaid Business Reply EnvelOJ:l~ Ofl 15th November, 2019 to the Members whose names appear in the Company's Register of Members as at the closure of business hours on 8'" November, 2019 by th~ permitted mode of dispatch. ,100

(b) The cut-off date (record date) as on which the voting rights of the members shall t,e ' reckoned is 8 th November, 2019. A person who is not a member as on the record date should treat this Notice for information purposes only.

(c) Voting through physical and electronic means shall commence from 09.00 a.m, on 17'" November, 2019 and ends at 5.00 p.m. on 16'" December, 2019. I

(d) Voting through physical and electronic means shall not be allowed beyond 5.00 p.m. on 16'" December, 2019.

(e) All Postal Ballot forms received after 5.00 p.m. on 16'" December, 2,019 will be treatec;l as if the reply from such member has not been received. Further, e-voting module , shall be disabled by NSDL for voting on 16th December, 2019 at 5.00 p.m. '1
