The Foxglove, Catterick Garrison CASE STUDY Client: Greene King Architect: Concept Interior Design Contract Period: 10 weeks Contract Value: £400k The Foxglove is the latest Hungry Horse branded pub restaurant to be completed by Medlock for national brewer and pub operator Greene King. The new standalone unit is part of Princes Gate shopping and retail park at Catterick Garrison, a £25m development which provides a new town centre hub for the 18,000 people who live on Europe’s largest army base. With a capacity of 180 covers and a further 30 on an external sun-terrace, the colourful, up-tempo restaurant brings an entirely new customer offering to the area. Medlock’s in-house production workshop manufactured all the bespoke joinery items, whilst Medlock’s experienced site team fitted out the developer’s shell over a 10 week contract period.
