AUTO EVALUATION
Everyone has their own personal morpho-logy (*or foot type) that leaves a uniquefoot print like walking on wet sand.
Their exist many differnces between feetfrom high arched feet to flat feet, fromyour left to right feet, from the widthand volume. These factors have a directlink and influence on your bodies postureand comfort,
The different components that make up the foot can change in volume, lengthand positioning and also varies between each individual. There exists an infinite number of possible foot shapes and volumes.
Could we then imagine that a massproduced footwear can adapt itself to allthese difference foot types ?

Stability
Support
PreventionThe point onthe solutions
Stabilising the foot throughan interface (footbed) aidsthe lateral support of the feet, strengtening the feet to mini-mise the lose in muscle powerand flexibility throughout theactivity. The risks due to the instability ofthe foot (sprained ankles, musclefatigue, pain and rubbing) willbe dramatically reduced.

The risks
Application of the solutions / benefits.
As soon as our muscular forcesreduce in power through fatigue, the foot tends to collapse and tochange shape.
Minimisethe losein muscular power
Absorptionof the shock
Stabilisation of the footredistributes the pressure pointswhich results in less rubbing.

2THE FOOT IS A SENSOR
Its on a few square centimetersthat the whole weightof our body "presses" on.
The pressure that is exerted in this smallarea will increase with body weight, higher impacts and greaterthe movements.
With such large loads placed throughrelatively small contact areas, defects in these pressure points canbecome very uncomfortable dependingon intensity and duration of the activity.

Key points inthe solutions
We can, with different tests, evaluate a lack of harmony inthe posture, and create a re-positionning through anthermo-molded footbed.
As soon as we practice adynamic activity, it becomesvital to be in harmony betweenall the components of the bodyand to repect their alignement.
Check out the solutions with apodiatrist, physiotherapist, andsome Fit Pro specialist.

An unstable foot canlead to the rotation ofthe knees and hip thatin turn can have anegative impact on theglobal alignment of thebody and createproblem at the knees, hips, lower and upperback including theshoulders, neck andhead
The autosupport mechanismunder the foot that is createdby the tensioning of theplantar aponeurosis providesan optimum physiologicalalignement of the foot andbody.
Our body is a complex frameworkof articulated bone segmentsdesigned to perform motion /movement or to maintaina particular stance.
To hold the posture andto perform a movementthe body is completelycontrolled by the muscular chainthat exists on both sides of theskeleton.
The feet are the base of the bodyand therefore they have aninfluence on the way the bodyis positioned.

THE ADVICE OF THE PROFESSIONAL(by julien Calléja, podiatrist at the Sidas Sports Podiatry Center in Voiron, France)
Since every foot is uniqueand the footwear is mass
produced, it is not your footthat has to adapt to the
footwear: it should becustomized to your feet.
To choose the right type offootwear for you it starts with
your feet first, working with theadvice from an experienced
technician.
The right sock. Good socksare a combination of fabrics,
seems and thickness, designed to wick moisture
away from the feet and is akey factor to the comfort of
your shoes.Ask for technical fibers
& a seemless knit sock.
