Instead of traditional large lecture hall settings, the classroom settings have been flipped to make smaller settings more accessible to students outside of the class. The instruction is done online through video tutorials, and professors and teaching assistants are available to help students with extra instruction and homework during the class. Students are able to receive immediate hands-on guidance, and as a result grades are improving.
