The overall construction

thickness of the panel system

walls are 96mm, comprising of

2 layers of specialist high density

board. These are painted with a

specialist wall coating, suited to

the wear & tear of squash court

play. The panels are fixed to

main frame aluminium sections,

creating a ‘sandwich’ effect.

The cavity between the two

boards is finally filled with fire

dried sand. This gives a true ball

response, specifically designed

to give the courts a traditional

playing surface feel that until

now was only associated with

traditional plastered courts.

RIGAROUSLY TESTED TO ENSURE QUALITY

Innov8’s free standing panel

walls are constructed in such

a way that they are entirely

self-supported & independent

from the main fabric of the

building. This means that the

courts could be disassembled

and be moved to other areas,

if required at a later date.

The walls are pre constructed in

the factory, ensuring that the

minimum number of panel

sections are used. They

undergo a rigorous quality

inspection testing process prior to

leaving the factory, making sure

that the dimensions and quality

of the product are exact. Once

delivered to site, the panels are

assembled, ensuring all of the

surface joints are fully prepared &

filled. This ensures that the panel

surfaces are free of visible joints

& gap lines, before applying the

specialist ‘hardwall’ coating.
